At Dimendrix™, we’re committed to delivering exceptional quality and satisfaction with every 3D lenticular poster. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return process is quick, simple, and transparent.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, without damage or signs of use.
- To start a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team at dimendrix@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (UK customers) or clear return instructions (for international orders).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
1-Year Product Warranty
Every Dimendrix™ 3D Lenticular Poster comes with a 1-Year Warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Fading or print quality issues
- Lenticular lens separation or surface distortion
If any issue occurs within the warranty period, we’ll replace the item or offer store credit completely free of charge.
